is there any words of wisdom that people can say to help or do when you get that like person inside you screaming over and over again saying you know you want a drink and everything will be fine
    thanks castri09

    morning all.

castri09,I recommend screaming back:rotfl:Seriously I do give myself a good talking to. When that little (or big in your case) voice starts telling me it would be nice to have a drink to look forward to later I say 'Oh no you're not, you're AF tonight!'. It helps to keep busy and have something else to drink instead. And it definitely helps to come on here regularly. It's not that anyone does 'name and shame' but somehow if you've 'told' people it's not so easy to back out.

Hey jo, good luck with the pie. I told you yesterday Lurks was a domestic god!

Am meant to be in Mr Ts......but unfortunately DS wanted to watch Horrible Histories from the weekend on CBBC, very addictive viewing.....a kids programme that's suitable for adults, you learn a lot to, all the stuff that you zoned out in during your history lessons at school :rotfl:
