what are the options, do you need to recover any data?!!

I think f10 on those allows you to reinstall everything, its a factory reset area , is that an option listed ??Ex forum ambassador

If I can then that would be great but I don't have any blank disks

The options are:
Non-destructive System recovery
Systen Recovery No format
System recovery Quick format:A

try the first option , non destructive sound like no loss of data (but no promises)Ex forum ambassador

1st option should leave data intact, so select that.
Other 2 options will wipe your data regardless, but if you want the data, there are ways of getting it before you go down this route.!!
