Redemption - cashback deal of some sort, you would have to send in bills etc to make a claim unless its automatic cashback (worth clarifying with the company).0 -
The redemption sounds like:
- For the first 6 months you'll automatically get credited £35.01 (on your £45 tariff)
- From month 7 onwards you will need to apply for 3 months of £35.01 credit for the following 3 months, in advance. It does not sound as if this is automatic. Thus in month 7 you'll apply for, and get, months 7, 8 and 9's credit.

My sister, who is definitely not in business (!), just signed up with Tigercom. 2,000 messages and 2,000 texts for £13.99 a month, and a 2 year contract. She also got a new phone.
Hope they're kosher.............0 -
Tigercom seem to be kosher but.............
I purchased 4 x SoHo45 packages for £9.99 in March 2010 and to date it has cost me roughly £20.00 per month. I was promised a double credit in the 2nd month but it never happened. I have sent 3 letters asking them to explain why but all I get back is a standard letter which avoids my question. My latest letter sent 4 weeks ago has not been replied to.
Before I agreed to the sale, I asked about redemption vouchers and was told that all credits were automatic but have since received vouchers.
I am not happy and I intend to apply for a court claim before I end up with a huge bill from Orange who are billing me £212.00 a month before a credit of £134.00.
My advice would be to avoid them unless you can handle the hassle0 -
A new twist in Tigercom's credit payments
After 5 months they have ceased paying credits to Orange and the reason stated is: They checked one phone number and said it was dead and thought I had cancelled the contract.
They have since checked again and said all was fine and would reinstate the credits although they would now be 1 month behind, so I have to pay the full £45.00 plus vat this month for each SIM.
It appears that they are now slowly slipping in excuses not to pay, which is unfortunate for them as it is a breach of contract on their part.
On to the next episode.
P.S. Still no response to my letter sent 8 weeks ago despite my phone calls to them to respond. They have also asked for this post to be deleted but evidence is being sent to MSE to support my statements.0 -
I had a call from a chap at tiger-com.com who was, to say the least very cocky and arrogant
He said he 'called for a chat' and wasn't calling for sales or marketing :rotfl:, although he called my mate who runs another electrical business trying to sell him a 0141 Glasgow number.
I have wrote a letter of apology to Alison Williamson (Managing Director) at tiger-com.com (and apparently connected with www.telecom3.co.uk
I sent copies of the first call where I told their customer 'dis-service' agent about TPS after he told me he found me in yell.com.
I will let you know how they deal with the complaint on this thread.baldly going on...0 -
