As I understand it, your MIL's voluchers are worth £60 and stay at that value.

If you have points on your Nectar card, you can exchange these at the higher £7.50 value, if you follow the instructions in the final lines of your post. Ditto for your MIL if she has any points left on her card. It's a shame about her timing though.

You must redeem online and within the dates indicated.

  • Hiya! I've never redeemed Nectar vouchers before so am a bit confused... if I want to order some Adams vouchers, I should wait till the 19th of this month.. and then what, do I phone them up or order them over the internet? And if I buy vouchers during the extra discount week, I don't have to spend them in that week to get the extra discount, do I?
    thanks

Hi, You will need to order during week 19th August - 25 August to get the ones worth £7.50 per 500 points.
Vouchers are valid for use until 31st October 2006.
Also says subject to availability (I wonder if they only have a limited number for the offer?)
You can order online or over the phone on their helpline 0870 4 100 100.

By the way does anyone know whether you can use Nectar vouchers to buy gift vouchers and if so will the gift vouchers have to be used by the end of October. I would like to give some vouchers to a friend who doesn't have a Nectar card.

  • No you can't use them to buy gift vouchers BUT when I spend some Nectar vouchers to buy DD a dress for a wedding I went to in June & the dress didn't fit we returned it & was given Adams vouchers in return - not Nectar vouchers.
2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please

Yeah I used to work for Adams until recently and no you cant directly buy gift vouchers with your nectar points but buy something and return it and if you have paid with nectar you will be given gift vouchers back instead!

As for the adams gift vouchers you will receive upon returning an item they have no expiry they just have an issue date on them!! And While you'll there just ask for a card and envelope to put them in and voila give them as a gift!!

    Hope this helps!

Which address did you write to, did you contact Adams through their site or through Nectar?
