poor service from Vodafone

SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODAFONE !!! I am really dissapointed with the level of service I have received from Vodafone ! I upgraded from a SIM only contract at the end of december on-line and recieved a nokia n96 mini, after 4 days I rang the call centre to say that I wasnt happy with the Nokia as it had poor reception where I live and was advised to try the Backberry instead. A few days later the courier delivered me ANOTHER Nokia and not the Blackberry as promised ! after about half a dozen phone calls and more that 3 HOURS on the phone being passed from adviser to adviser I was promised the problem had been resolved and the Blackberry would be delivered and exchanged for the original Nokia within 2 days, I took the day off work and waited in all day but nothing came, rang the call centre again was assured the phone was on its way to me and advised to ring the courier DPD, after 30 mins on hold I finally got through to be told the tracking ref I had been given was for the original phone delivery the previous week and they no record of a phone on its way to me ! so back on the phone again to the call centre this time I was promised it was all sorted and the phone would be here today, waiting in again all day and guess what no phone ! another few phone calls (55 mins to be precise) im still trying to resolve this and now been told to contact the on-line sales depatment ???? just spent another 30 mins on hold and have now been told to RING BACK the telephone sales dep ???? im going round in circles, I have sent the second phone back to vodafone but still have the original Nokia which was sent out to me in end of december !
I am appauled at the service and the hours I have had to spend chasing this up and still am stuck with a phone I dont want its been over 3 weeks since I first did the upgrade and still feel I am not getting anywhere fast, and im paying for an upgraded phone that I dont even have !
