    4 and up is the best age for taking kids to Museums. At Oxford we have the Pitt -Rivers Museum with all sorts of stuff like shrunken heads.....kids absolutely love it.

    But then, I'm one of those adults that goes whizzing down the aisles in supermarkets on my trolley shouting 'weeeeeeeeeeeee'

    And, if I am honest, I don't give a flying F*kc who doesnt like it. You have to find joy where you can.

    *may I also point out that I would not do this in a CROWDED aisle with people who could get harmed in my merry making as I am also cleverly disguised as 'AN ADULT*

    Bun - it's an age thing I think hun. Also going down that road myself :o Tried 1 lot of medication, now on Tranx-something acid, if that doesn't help sufficiently it's a Mirena (although difficult apparently because I haven't had children and no guarantee it won't actually make things worse :rolleyes: ) and then it's laser blasting ('ablation') of my insides to sort it out :eek:

    Do it in the car park - especially if it is sloped towards your car. Means moving the shopping easier. Or you could try that excuse.
