Tried 1 lot of medication, now on Tranx-something acid, if that doesn't help sufficiently it's a Mirena (although difficult apparently because I haven't had children and no guarantee it won't actually make things worse :rolleyes: ) and then it's laser blasting ('ablation') of my insides to sort it out :eek:
