    Hi - just checked on my bank and 2 of my 4 token payments have been cashed (I sent cheques in the end). Stupidly I didnt make a note of the cheque numbers so I dont know who has cashed them. Got a call on my mobile yesterday from a strange number but when I googled it was O2 (dont have anything with them so prob a sales call). Anyway I see if there is anything in post when I get home. Letter yesterday from loan company to ask why I had cancelled DD. It all becoming real now.

    Pollywoggle - if I were you, I'd be tempted to cancel the DD for the loan now and then pull your wages out as soon as they hit the account. DD's usually take a few business days to actually cancel at both ends and you should be able to do it via your online banking so the loan peeps won't find out - and if they apply for the DD and you haven't cancelled it then you may also get charged for it IYSWIM?

    Echo that Candypop - I'm sure it will work out for all of us :)

    Hi everyone, just checking quickly, on what has turned out to be a bit of a crazy Friday! Don't you just love it when people tell you how to do your job!..:mad:

    Seems like you're all plodding along slowly...I've had a letter from Next confirming DMP payments, which I need to sign and send back (going to double check this is ok with CCCS first).

    HSBC/Barclaycard still calling...HSBC 5 times in 30mins, between 8.30pm-9pm...is TAKING THE P*** :mad::mad::mad:

    Anyway, rant over. Hope you all have a lovely weekend in the sunshine :j

    I think you need to send HSBC the harrassment letter, I saw it on here and maybe then they will stop b***** phoning you! Sorry don't where I saw it but there definitely is one.

    Take care

    OH just discovered that one of his tyres has developed a split, so much for my saving a bit extra this month, hey ho.................

    Thanks PDD, planning on doing that tomorrow. Sometimes the calls can really get to you. It's literally 12 hours a DAY! And for 9 or so of those I'm at work.

    ...you have my sympathy with the tyre...as my Dad always say (which drive me crazy!)...'these are the joys of motoring'...;)

    Completely agree with PDD Vic, you've got to get them off your back.

    You have my sympathy with the car PDD, the windscreen wipers have packed up on ours - for the second time this month :eek: thank god for warranties! Dreading replacing the tired on DH's motor, £120 a corner apparently :eek::eek::eek:
