Iphone dead after a month

Good luck, those phones are pricy so i would advise insurance via someone reliable.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

You should get it swapped fine on Saturday. The only potential hiccup will be on if its been near liquid. There are two sensors that turn red if they come into contact with water, one in the headphone socket and one around the dock port. The genius at Apple will check these first and Apple's official line is if one of these are red, the warranty is invalidated
When you get the new one, when you plug it into itunes it will ask you if you want to restore from the backup. Doing this will get the new phone in more or less the exact same state regarding settings and data as the old one, last time it synced.0 -

My sister just went to use it the other day and it wouldn't work.
