my tooth fairy gave a £1 and a letter she typed on my dad's type-writer hehe!
i used to make her clothes and write her letters coz i was desperate to know her name, after my mate swallowed her tooth and if you swallow it you get a special book with teh tooth fairy's real name inside but you must never tell anyone so i never found out from her!

£1 per tooth - only cost me a couple of quid so far, but DS1 is nearly 7, so I think it's going to cost me a lot more pretty soon:rotfl:

I heard of somebody, i think it was on here actually, she puts talcum powder infront of the fire and steps in it to make footprints like snow for father christmas's visit. I thought that was a fab idea!0 -
It's about £1 per tooth round here, but if kids come to me with a wobbly one, and I flick it out (Which is really easy when you get a probe underneath them - a bit like taking a plaster off quickly!) I tell the kid the tooth fairy often leaves a little more if it comes out at the dentist! I love the scowls I get from the parent from across the surgery! How to find a dentist.

1 pound for small teeth 2 pound for front ones. My daughter is 7 and has lost quite a few so far. My Son is 4 and hasn't yet reached that stage. But I told my daughter that if she forced her teeth out she wouldn't get any money because the teeth were no good to the fairies if they didn't come out of their own accord. there are some kids in her class that deliberately loosen their teeth and yank them out just for the dosh which I think is just wrong. Better start saving, from experience once the first one is out the rest soon follow. And keep them if you can, I still have my teeth from when I was young (I am now 32!!)0

If any kids are reading this thread, make your own teeth out of mints.
Half a pound of sweets soon pay for themselves.
If your mates get more for their teeth, do a deal and share the profits.
If parents are divorced, the tooth fairy visits twice.
