Maltesers 3 pack of white lollies are still £1 buy one get one free.
Overall though, I think thier prices are rising. Gutted, the Quorn items used to be very cheap and now they are around the same price as other supermarkets.
I agree, I wasnt actually that impressed there yesterday.
the 40p cabinets gone, and the 60p cabinet gone.
I got one loaf 59p
pastry 60p
2 for a pound ( 9 penguins and 5 Jaffacake minirolls) Actually, thats a good deal
100 tetley t bags 1.00
there were heinz soups at 3 for a quid, but I couldnt really carry them, but thats good value, I paid 59p for one tin in mr ts the other day. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

amanda40 wrote:Yep they still do the curry powder - Mayflower I think in a redish and gold box, I took it on holiday last week, cousin bought 4 boxes when we came home they loved it!! - It is £1 a box, but lasts ages.
Another bargain is their jars of Heinz baby food - they do the fruit puree ones 10 for £1. -Goooooo with the Flowwwwww0 -
Hurray, my local Farmfoods has finally started doing the fresh fruit and veg I've read about here. The bananas (which we eat a lot in my house) are 2 x packs of 7 for £1, so cheaper than supermarkets.
The Hollands pies (4 pack) are back again, though now they're 2 for £1 instead of 40p per pack. I'm stocking up on the Hollands quiches £1 twin packs while they're still on BOGOF. At 25p per quiche, I couldn't beat that even if I made my own from scratch!0 -
forgot to mention i went back last week and there was buitoni pasta sauces ( i got an aubergine one, and there was an olive one) , 3 for a quid:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

:j We don't have fruit n veg at ours yet. Don't know if they will start it cos quite a small shop.
Over the years they have introduced a lot more brand names..Birds Eye etc but still managed to keep the prices low. Don't know how they do it.
Used to go to Iceland a lot, but you def can't beat Farmfoods.
Don't tend to try unheard of names but am goin to start...lots of good feedbacks on some of the stuff here. Thank You.
