    Yes I agree, you should be provided with a breakdown of the calculations, so if I were you I would contact Lloyds and tell them just that.
    Lots of us have had problems in receiving the breakdown beforehand and I do not agree it should be like this.
    I would tell lloyds the advice you received via fos said you should be provided with a figure - prefably a breakdown.
