The Government is no longer using "Kiddy !!!!!!" as an argument for Net Control...
Basically Good old "Mandy" (Peter Mandelson) and his backers (Music and Movie labels) are now telling people it's not the "kiddly fiddelers" on the internet we should be worried about, it's those "EVIL" P2P downloaders who steal music and movies! Those are the true evil in out neighbourhoods.
If you "get caught" with KP you get sent to jail after being convicted in court and put on a list for life.
If you are "suspected" of downloaded music or a Movie via P2P you can get your Broadband cut off with no chance to make your case before hand (you'll then have to defend your innocence in court, rather than for them to determine you guilt). You'll have to pay for the privilege to prove your innocence.Laters
