Just got back from the cinema (saw GREEN ZONE would recommend it).

I will send off the SAR letter.I guess thats all i have to do for now, other than sitting tight waiting for Nationwides next letter/move.

Hi all,
Ive received my court papers from Nationwide today, they dont mess about do they!:(
Ive posted my SAR to the data controller 1st class recorded yesterday.
What do i do now?!?
Im in two different moods, on one hand im pleased as it will hopefully get sorted, on the other hand im worried if someone goes wrong.
Many thanks for all your help and advice again, im going to need some now.
