    Hi

Do you still have the default letters?

If so, remove all the personal details including any office generated numbers and any bar codes and scan them or phot them and let 10past6 have a look.

Believe me nothing retracts as fast as a DCA who know that they do not have a leg to stand on in court.

  • i still have the default letters, there is more than one.
Shall i just send any one, or one in particular?

At this time, yes, should you stop them and have to reinstate at a later stage it will create confusion with CCCS & your other creditors.

The latest one is what they'll be relying on.

Can you upload it to imageshack or photobucket and then PM the link to 10past6 or post it here (if your personal details are removed).....

    Hi

I think 10past6 will like this but do you have the termination letter that followed when you failed to pay off the full sum?
