  • What do you mean by "Termination letter"?

The next letter appears to be one 4 days later, asking if i want to start paying towards my account.

Then theres a letter in early December saying Pre-debt collection notice:-

about how they are passing the account to KPR the in-house collection agency.

Actually, found another one on the Nov 25th saying contact us immediately or KPR will be instructed to take legal action,

but i have no letters that say termination, from what i can see.

thanks for your help/dvice in advance

    Ricky

I've checked the default notice, it's a load of crap, doesn't come anywhere near to the required legislation, sit tight, let them drop themselves in the poo even more! :rotfl:

    The DN is poop.....:rotfl:

    1. It MUST give 14 days CLEAR to remedy, it just says 14 days from the dn date - no postage allowed for.

    2. It must specify an ACTUAL date for remedy.

    3. It says "before date shown" - no date shown.

    4. Requests full balance and should only request arrears due until the date of the dn (unless the arrears have actually mounted up to that sum shown)

Total loo paper - BUT keep hold of it.....:D
