No problem Elfen. I'll probably email napster about it.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I only used napster cos of a free trial with £5 cashback. The cashback was declined and I've been trying to download the album for so many weeks that the free trial's run out!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Honestly, this forum used to be nice and helpful, now all you ever see are people being rude. It really annoys me!OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

I did put a post in Ames.....I was trying to be nice and non-judgemental, just comment on what it's meant to be there for, not, as tenmah said, to be used as a place of humiliating those who don't know very much about certain things.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Hey Ames - I haven't forgotten your problem!
Am now at home in front of my laptop, going to download and give it a test run shortly to see if I can replicate the problems.
The only thing I can suggest - and it sounds daft but hold on here - try downloading and when it suggests selecting an application - choose your browser as the downloader!
It does sound suspiciously, however, like its trying to stream the music rather than actually download them.Sealed Pot No:721 started 05/08/09 until 30/04/09 Target:£100 - £60 Banked!

Thanks guys. I'm using the web service, I go to my account and click download all songs.
I've just tried using IE instead of Firefox and I'm getting a bit further - it doesn't ask for an application but an error message comes up saying that it was unable to connect to napster and to try again or contact customer support, that's the message I kept getting when I first tried to download it.
Elfen, thanks for replying on the other thread.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
