Claire there is site where you put what ingredients you have in and it finds a recipe - think it might be this one http://www.supercook.com/ - when BB comes along she will be more help I'm sure. XX

    Evening.

Woke up feeling crap so decided to miss my course, then got a text from my worker who told me I had to go. Dragged myself across town and found out it's not the course I asked to be referred to (how to cope with long term illness), but a purely mental health version. So of course it's not set up to deal with complex needs, ie people who cant do loads of exercise, and who have other reasons for the symptoms. I'll stick with it, although a lot of stuff I'm covering elsewhere.

Might do some semolina or baked apples or something for later, I'm starving.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
