Claire, if you meant me it's the Expert Patient Programme. I'd heard good things about the 'normal' one, but a friend who's a councellor had had a rant about it, because it's just telling people they can get out there and get a job even if they can't, and that it's all linked with the governments new ideas about throwing people of incapacity benefits. I have to say I did get that impression today. I know that taking control and not letting your illness run your life is really important, but I think that also accepting that it means you have limitations and working around them is important. I'm not saying it's impossible for me to ever work, but I don't think it's going to happen in 7 sessions. I'm keeping an open mind about it for now, and if it does start to do more harm than good (as my friend has seen happen) I'll quit.

For semolina there's loads of things you can do with it, if you go to the Whitworths website there's loads of recipes for all their products. I haven't got beyond the basic 'mix with milk, cook and eat' one yet, but there's cakes and allsorts.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I had that day today (not a reduction because I haven't a clue who currently owns my debts, but an increase in the pot to repay when I'm asked to), it feels gooood!
