New recipe this week was
Oven fried chilli chicken
Went to the local butchers yesterday and bought a freezer pack of meat for £22.99
Got so much meat much better value than Tescos where I usually buy meat from.
Had a lovely steak yesterday and used the chicken legs (which were more like thighs and legs) for the oven fried chilli chicken. Used up some breadcrumbs that have been sitting there in the freezer for a while.
Exercise is getting better but need to stop the snacking. Need to buy some more fruit as this stops me from eating crap in the day.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0
