Received my iem by courier today only to find that they had sent the wrong size - 12-18 instead of the 18-24 that i'd ordered! GRRRRRRR!!!

Really annoyed now - I sent my wrong size item back by courier. Had a phone call to ask if i'd returned it. Today I received a letter saying they could not send me my item until I paid £12!!!!!!
