If you sign in to your account it will say when delivery is due, mine says 4 weeks time.

uh oh...I noticed on other forums, people are getting phone calls cancelling their orders now. I got a phone call - I didn't answer it though. When I googled the number it said it was for la redoute. Thing is though, I've got a dispatch email and with a tracking number so my order is on its way. I didn't have to pay anything towards my order as the thing I ordered was only £9. Can they charge my card even though I only authorised them to take £0 from my account?

Not the same ones luckily!

Delivery can range form 1-2 weeks to much longer if they advise you in my experience

I had a phone call cancelling my order, strangely enough it was from la redoute though, i answered and they said 'we would like to talk to you about your la redoute account'..very strange. I know they're the same company but surely they would at least get the name right when they rang you? I don't think many people will get lucky now..maybe the ones who ordered at the very beginning. x

They are very strange!

I've had an email from Verbaudet this afternoon confirming my order has been despatched and the money has gone from my account so looks like it's been honoured?! maybe?!

I did get a letter throught the post reminding me of my customer number as they had noticed apparently I had some problems logging in?!

I ordered some russian doll storage things that came to exactly £12 s didnt cost anything ad had confirmation email this morning to say they were being despatched and should arrive 5-10 days. so very pleased and would like to thank op:)
