Actually I havent a clue what mine is, this was my first order with them but i have never had anything email or letter giving me a customer number so I cant log in to see if the order is happening or not. Anyone any clues how they usually inform you of your account number?[/QUOTE]
It's on the invoice which is included with your first order so if you haven't had anything delivered yet then you won't have a customer number yet.0 -

Yes that's right - I use both a lot and they can be very slow I'm afraid - prob not much point complaining either as their customer service is not good
However the storage stool I ordered with the code arrived today and they have only taken £6 instead of £18 so I'm a happy bunny - thanks OP 0
