Anyone had their order? I ordered mine last week , had no phone call but have no customer number to check my account online to see order status. Emailed Vertbaudet but no reply.

it took me a while to find it out but there is a button for forgotten customer no its by putting a new item in basket going to checkout
(even though i never had a number one too)

my £7 (after discount) is still showing, ive had no cancelling phone call and money has gone from my bank, so im hoping mine comes, i ordered thursday morning, if this helps.

Paws - I had that email too after I placed the order. Received this email today about a week later (can't remember the exact day I ordered!)
