Actually i was crossing whilst it was green, it changed when i was in the middle of the crossing.

I do have a witness, i just have to find him.

How comes every other driver at the lights stopped, even when the lights changed, but she revved on to hit me.

P.s: If you don't have any advice, then please keep your pointless comments to yourself. Thank you.;)
  • If you were cycling across a pedestrian crossing then you deserve everything you got. Think yourself lucky she didn't reverse back for another crack.

If you weren't, and we've misunderstood, then sorry :D

    That's a bit harsh!!

Don't quote me but I'm sure the highway code only allows one crack at a cyclist pratting about on a pedestrian crossing! ;)

  • these comments about he desrved it if was on a pedestrian crossing, think of this when your teenage child does the same and gets hit (touch wood it dont happen) you wont be saying the above comments then when your child is laying in the middle of the road and you certainly wont be saying to the driver well you have every right to reverse back over him if you like i'll stand back.

some people go through life trawling forums for any excuse to have a lagh at someone elses misfortune,,, remeber what goes around, comes around.

my advice is that you contact her insurance, give them the police incedent no' or crime no' explain what happened and that you would like them to replace/repair the bike, and maybe some compo for your troubles.

Its unfair to have a go
    A. The poster may have been dismounted from the bicycle which would explain when the poster has no serious injuries.
B The OP may have been crossing at cyclist/Pedestrian crossing there are many of them out there especially where the cycleway share footpath space.
    C. It just doesn't Justify the action the driver.

OP hasn't explained themselves at all well and with the comments on here has had the tome to do so but has chosen not to.
