I've bought an album on napster, but I can't seem to get the songs to download. I click on it, it says it's downloaded, but when I search my computer it's nowhere to be found. If anyone can talk me through the process I'd be really grateful.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Which browser are you downloading with? Need more info about the album/file also.0

I'm using Firefox. What info do you need about the album? It's the Smiths greatest hits, something like 40 tracks.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Is this a torrent file? Excuse me, but I don't use Napster;) A zipped file?0

Verbatim, what are you searching for?0 -
I searched for *mp3 or *.mp3, I can't remember which, it's what the napster site said to search for. I get a message though saying that it couldn't download, but the list of songs on my account page say downloaded.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Hi
With Firefox you can decide where downloads are saved.
My version I do this:-
Edit > Preferences > General > Save files to...
So check where Firefox is now set to save your downloads.

I'm not sure if I have any other mp3 files on my computer, I've got a couple of albums in itunes, are they automatically mp3? They're not showing on the search either.
Firefox is set to save things to downloads, but the songs aren't there either. I don't think they're actually getting as far as my computer, when I try to download them an error message comes up. Just trying again.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
how long did you wait to search for these songs, 40 tracks as a zip or even torrent wont show till the file is completed.

Is this problem specific to napster downloads? Can you, say, download winzip OK?0
