    yeah i think he was trying to attract interest, but no offers in 8 months shows for something.

    i will maybe offer 147 for my next offer and see what he says? or should i say thats it?

    dont have a clue about this, soory

    £150k looks about right, if not a tad cheep. but it hasnt had an offer in 8 months. that has got to speak for something

    If youre willing to go to £150, try the £147 with a view to going to £149. Even if you save £1k it'll help with fees etc

    Dont put any conditions on the next offer. It wont affect the seller at all. He just wants his money:D
