Been out for lunch (greasy spoon type cafe, it's fab I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese, DH had a bacon and sausage roll in a lovely crusty roll, plus a large orange juice and choc milkshake for dh and it was only £7.50), got a few bits from Sains and am now reading on the bed. DH is playing on ps3 and is going to do some flying after that.

2 annoying things have happened today though: i collected my craghoppers parcel from the shop downstairs, one thing is missing, but the despatch note says it is there so I bet they will make me pay, and nothing fits their stuff is made for giants, even the short length is far too long. Grrr. And secondly, the woman from the shop then came round and said that there's a leak, looks like our washer is leaking through the floor. Came back and found a little bit of water on our floor too. Have emailed the agent but it's bound to be more hassle!

Plus DD2 has collected every charger, set of earphones, rouge wires and connectors and we''l sort through and discard the ones that are'nt in use anymore.....there's blooming loads.

8. Sort out emergency box.. in case of power failures etc.. candles, matches/lighter/torch/batteries and emergency numbers.. plumber, gas, electric, water etc
9. Wipe tops of door frames
10. [STRIKE] Clear and wipe window sill in kitchen [/STRIKE]
    
11. Clean appliance filters.. WM, DW, Vacuum cleaner.. cooker hood..
12. [STRIKE]Order and organise the spices and sauces.[/STRIKE]
13. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!
14. Declutter the desk and clean the keyboard etc.. icky germs.. and shake out those biscuit crumbs!
15. Declutter 50 emails
16. 15 minutes filing/organising spreadsheets/debtbusting!.. see if you can alter any of these payments to free up some cash!
17. Defluff behind the radiators.. and wipe the fronts so they look nice
18. Clean the downstairs curtain poles/tracks.. furniture polishis a foolproof way of making the curtains run smoothly again!
19. Gather insurance documents/guarantees/important papers together in one accessible file
20. Passport - [STRIKE]get form,[/STRIKE] photo, photos signed by doctor, fill, in form, take to PO and submit - (need £85)
21. Declutter your make-up.. and bin any ancient smellies
22. Clean vacuum innards, pipes and filters.. do not use again until it is all dry!
23. Mend 1 item you have been putting off for weeks! (navy cardi)

2. 15 minute sort out of those random bits of gibble that are strewn about the flat surfaces in your room!

Friday ~ Bathroom and WC

Sling shower curtain in the wash
Level Three
Wash light pull strings! (Painting with neat bleach works then rinse in a jug of water)
Scrub down the paintwork and radiators.. back and front!
Clear and and frames and make the blinds/curtains nice and clean

1. Make a note of stuff you do need to stock up.. and stuff you already have stocked up for 10 years!

Hoovered through downstairs and put another load of washing on....can't find the motication to go and do the floor and drawers in the bathroom though....don't want any more coffee.

Have just text a friend to see if she fancied popping over and she is at the pub, watcing rugby...........by the caravan!!!!!!!!!(not jealus at all!!!!)

Not a lot happening here.......having a few hassles with ex-DH :mad: so not helping my current health relapse......but I will remain positive & keep smiling :eek: So not caught up with thread......

Really just wanted to add my thoughts about Rose Sweetie I have the added advantage of knowing you in "real life" you are one of the sweetest, kindest people around :A .....I know you are struggling at the moment....but you always find time to help others, let us all help you now.....you have a gorgeous DH....who I know adores you....lots of friends on here & your faith.....you can do this.....stay strong & keep posting so we know how you are......I will be in touch anyway......so you can't escape me :kisses3:

I have just deep cleaned a couple of worktop, tiles and chucked all the minging little things that creep behind bread bins etc [also scrubbed the bread bin, yuck] Half the kitchen is now beautiful so better get my bum in gear and sort the other half
