Rosey, just wanted to send you big hugs as I know where you're coming from as I suffer too. Keep posting if you can; everyone is so kind and lovely (even though I've only been here a few weeks) and it has honestly made me feel much better - and I'm sure it will for you too.

Toots, are you off to hospital again? If so, I hope it goes well (sorry, being new I don't know about your condition, but wish you all the best).

AnW'sMum, I'm glad that yesterday went OK for you - I was thinking of you. Nice that the kids are going to the panto this afternoon and off to Nannie's. I wish my parents and my husband's mum were closer but they live down in Cornwall, so they can't really sleep over there!

Carlsberggal, you've done well so far this morning - wanna come and do mine?

Nopot2pin, I hope you will improve today - D&V is so draining as well as grim isn't it. Take care.

Dustykitten, we're on Economy 7 and pay by DD. It works OK for us - I set the WM and DW so they go off on the cheap rate, and we try to have a shower before 8am as it's cheaper! We have both gas and electricity from the same supplier.

Castri09, welcome to the thread! You'll love it on here and it definitely helps when you do housework along with others and have a list to follow. DH is thinking he is coming home to the wrong house because I'm getting much better at keeping the house nice ;)

Diva, thinking of you re Tris and Michelle and hoping they make a good recovery.

DH is out for the day doing a training course for the Scouts so I've got both kids here. Luckily I have the car now (he fixed the van) so we're off to the local shopping centre in a bit after I've made the beds and sorted out the washing etc. Had a lovely lie-in until 8.40 this morning and feel much more with it than I have been - DH woke me with a lovely hot cup of tea, he can be lovely at times!!!

    Have a good day :)

As expected, life got in the way midweek and I've barely been in the house since then, definitely not enough time to do any flying! I've got to go to work later (boo to 1 day weekends!) but will see if I can fit anything in before and get on with a bit after! Thanks - do you know what percentage of your useage is night. Mine is 18% which is just about break even, 15% makes it more expensive and 25% you start to win on my tariff. Going to phone them today to see what they say.

    Plan

    Wash PE kits
    DS3 party invites
    Ring builder
    Ring bathroom shop
    Visit bathroom shop
    Visit tile shop
    Move rose bush

    Soup for lunch

    Do the ironing
Spend some time with DS1 looking at the AS maths text book:eek:
Sort out inner soles for DS3 shoes

    Good morning all xx

Hugs for Toots, LL, MSD and Tris and Michelle xx

Lil_me, hope you manage to work something out re the caravan...we are on the same site for the whole season and is stored near there over winter so little/ no towing involved(either friend or farmer brings it onto site for us...no tow bars here!!). We stay on a farm with no amenities apart from toillets and shower(I prefer to use the caravan!!!) so all in all not too expensive just ground rent, servives and £2 a night that we are there for electric.

OH has taken DD to TKD so no excuses apart from I like sitting here!!!
Will try and copy Carlsberggal and have a coffee and maybe that will help shift me.

Will let you all know xx
  • Tooch - think the coffee has made me slightly bonkers, can't keep still LOL
Mumof2 - soz but NO!!!! LOL
In my HHC, though went slightly over I:
Emptied recycling bins and washed them
Sorted out counter top in utility
Sorted another washload ready for when it finishes (making a funny noise as the moment so hopefully it won't break down from over use!!)
    Emptied bathroom bin
    Put paper into recycling
Had a shower from the neck down (couldn't be !!!!!d to wash hair!) and got dressed
Phew I'm worn out!!! DH thinks I'm more of a nutter with all my dashing about!
