My current dealings with Arnold Clark are poor as it is, if it costs them money directly, they wont want to know.
i honestly don't know why folk still deal with them. thier reputation for poor after care has been around for years, yet folk still buy from them.
i once looked at a car in one of thier yards, it was on display for sale and i was genuinely interested but the salesman was so un interested, it was a struggle for him to even get the keys for it, then when i had alook under the bonnet there were bits of engine trim all over the place and the air filter box had been removed. he did assure me that it would all be repaired prior to any purchase, needless to say i walked....work permit granted!0 -
