Government say so. some thing to do with awareness of different religions and community, you can do citizenship in some schools instead, which is also supposed to make you feel all community minded and fuzzy about the world.

a size 16 i am with one arm shorter than the other (its ok you can do both arms the same size lol) could i have cream colour please?
