Every time I try, my knees really hurt. I was thinking I'd lose a bit more weight and try again :o

I've been in my PJs since I got back from Tesco at 9 this morning. Is that naughty :o

Just woke up too. Sooo tired, not sure why

You didn't go to tesco in your pj's did you...:rotfl:

At christmas I saw loads of young orange girls in pj's and velcro rollers in the supermarkets.

I did a double take on New Years Eve when the gorgeous girl behind the counter served me with her hair in curlers...she never batted an eyelid...

I wouldn't be seen dead in curlers...(not outside the house anyway!):D

Hello, I went out last night, it was an 80's night so I had my denim jacket, mesh gloves, rubiks cube and Tufty club badge!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Mr Sunday is a very experienced (and fast) runner (he runs mountain marathons amongst other insanities), but his style still isn't much to write home about, and he falls over ALL the time. :rotfl:
