Claire~Why dont you use 1/2 of money in your tin to pay off something from your CC or catalogue?
Better than sitting in tin doing nothing.

Claire, have you actually done a SOA in the main board? £108 for a week for 4 (?) of you is huge. Thats over £400 a month! Have you done a store room cupboard/mix a meal?
Also why are you saving money in a pot? Either pay if off you debt (no doubt with high interest) or get it in a savings account where you could at least earn 2% interest0 -
