Hi Di
This morning i phoned up the FOS and just generally discussed the situation with them, they were really helpful and are sending me a form to complete and they will take the matter up on my behalf. I explained that i was still waiting for a reply from Next's insurers and they said that they would still look into it for me. She didnt seem to think i was wasting my time, so that a start.0 -

Hi Di , i just received a letter this morning from First Assist who say that they do not administer Policies for Next Directory. So i called Next who have said that they told me that i would have to deal direct with them (Next) and that there response is still the same and that they beleive i have not been misold. i told them that i have now taken the matter up with the FOS and she said thats fine and that she would be waiting fot the FOS to contact her as they will be requesting paperwork from her. What are you thoughts on this. she didnt seem that bothered by the fact i had contacted the FOS0

The FOS will look into these so try not to worry, the main of them like NEXT all come back with the same excuses, but they must have somewhere where insurance is dealt with in case of people wanting to make a claim for ie: damages etc.
I would now leave it in the hands of the FOS as they are still trying to make them responsible, its only say over the last year or so that the FOS are recommending to take up complaints with these, so there is still hope yet.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi just wondering if you managed to get anywhere with Next PPI reclaiming. Im about to embark on a reclaim from them and have already had a letter from them saying no. Is it better to just go straight to FOS. Any info would be greatly appreciated as Im financially struggling and this is having a negative impact young family.
kind regards

You can't just complain again because they rejected your first complaint, I'm afraid. Be aware the FOS takes many months.
Tell us why Next rejected your complaint and we can advise
