Well i sent an email yesterday explaining the situation and i got a run of the mill "hey you silly mare just put your password in correctly" kind of email which is pretty much the same as whats shown on the screen of rejection anywayss lol
but i just tried to order and you guys have gone and ordered all the blooming eyliners
so i followed advice above, ordered one mirror and got a mascara 
so i only spent £1.80 still
AND IT WENT THROUGH!
Im stupidly happy! lol so much effort went into this!
Thankyou everyone for your help! and the OP for spotting this!

I ordered last night wasn't going to as I didn't want two green eyeliners or a compact mirror as already have these but when it was mentioned about the glitch and only one had to be ordered just couldn't resist and went ahead and ordered one eyeliner and should get the mascara free too so far been 24 hours and not had any emails or confirmation from them how strange hope they honour it0
