Bodyshop - free mascara wyb 2 makeup products

Is there a way to ring through my order or something? the site wont take my debit card, ive even gone to the bank and put more cash in, and checked my visa passwords checked my account online etc just cant work out the problem lol i so need the mascara and the eyliners i actually love them (especially at this price )

I had problems last night & found technical help on their website where it said try again if you had looked at another web page in middle of order. My 1st try took me through to inputting card details then it quickly flashed basket empty, even though screen before showed all item details. I almost missed message but I thought it hadnt accepted card details. I had come back onto MSE in middle of my 1st try so I went through again this time not deviating to look at anything else and order went through fine. Dont know if this would help you.

thanks for the help hun but it still doesnt like me have placed 7 rejected orders now and its reserved half of my funds in my account because of it, so will try again tomorrow...that is if my fellow MSE'ers leave two eyeliners for me! lol :rotfl:

Hope I dont get duplicate order, didnt check credit card as there was no order history after my 1st try. Hope you have some luck. Fingers crossed for you.

A few peeps had the same problem on the BS thread before xmas, their orders just kept being rejected. From what I remember the only way to sort it out was to ring them up and have them unblock the account.
