Bodyshop - free mascara wyb 2 makeup products

Just got my dispatch notification (i had ordered two of the eyeliners) & it said two items dispatched no metion of the free mascara although it does show on my original order! hope it's going to come as i only ordered them for the mascara! maybe the free gift doesn't show up, i'll just have to wait & see i won't be a happy bunny if it doesn't!!

Don't worry about it, when they say 2 items they mean 2 different items so one will be the 2 eyeliners and the other item will be the free mascara, that was what happened with the orders before Christmas. Just had my despatch emails as well and both say the same although with one order I only ordered one of the eyeliners.

Ive not heard but I was greedy and tried twice, the first seemed ok, but my payment was rejected on the second order, tried again with a different and this was also rejected.

I don't think I got an email last time I ordered either, which was before Xmas and the 3 for 2 glitches. The status just updates on your Body Shop Account and they arrived!
