I changed the quantity to one, went through and proceeded order, then noticed it had taken the free gift off, luckily I was about to pay with Visa and it asked me extra security questions or I'd not have noticed.

I had this problem before Christmas.
If you try to place more than 2 hours in a 24 hour period then their system blocks you.
You won't be able to place any more orders, but if you try, the money will be reserved from your account, so make sure you don't go over your credit limit.

The only way to unblock your account is to give them a call and ask them to sort it out. Hope they will fix it so you can order asap

eyeliner now out of stock!!! had two in my basket then removed then to then add just one and its come up as out of stock! x

i've just added the mirror and the mascara wasnt added

I have just tried adding 2 x mirrors at £2.50 each - which then adds the mascara to the basket. As previous poster said with eyeliner, if you take one mirror out of the basket the free gift remains. So you can still get the mascara and a mirror for £2,50 delivered.
