I think I have to agree to the peeps on here about sticking right by the terms and doing nothing else but that. I really want the phone I guess ;)

Thanks guys. It'll be here tomorrow before 9am!

Sticking to the terms hasn't got me the cheque so far Ohit

I'm not shopping with onestopphoneshop again anyway no matter what and even more so if the cashback isnt sent out till 12 months now either. I think I'm going to try Forward Cellular I haven't heard a bad thing said about them so far so weighing that up against the bad said about onestopphoneshop I'd rather go with the better reputation of FC
    Thanx

Yes I recall conversing with Lady T at the begining of the contract, I had no problem with my first cheque in fact it arrived earlier than expected, I sent off for my second rebate on 16 december, registered delivery and checked they had received it, like Lady T I had curt 'customer service' person, I have to admit to being cheeky though, the offer (to treat) on mine was for 10 months 1/2 price rental, however the invoice (contract)clearly states
Free gift 4 months rental m10
so I sent a photocopy of that with the bill and I've claimed £140, this could cause me delay, but either they pay or I sue (straight money claim can be done online) and I won't wait longer than 56 days as I'm sure that it was stated that they will process claims within 28 days ie. they are breaking the contract so they would still be liable for court costs if a cheque suddenly arrives after the papers are entered

  • Nice one - I'm expecting trouble getting cashback from Talkworldonline.

This site is now one of my favourites, just hoping I don't have to use it

Well I received my cheque today dated 23rd December the postmark is 14-01-05 and my claim was sent (recorded) 16th December, so it appears they process them and sit on them.

The cheque is for £70 but the attached slip like my invoice says 4 months rental. OSPS will find that contract are two way, don't need to be in a hurry got 6 years to claim as I have to admit to being tempted by three of their current offerings, I would have to admit that all my fears stem from this board, but they did try it on with a neighbour of mine so I have no qualms in recovering money from them but wouldn't be in a hurry and queer any fresh deal - unfortunately E2save won't match the deals I'm looking at, I would have ordered from forward cellular but they don't have any stock
