  • Is it me or has asos.com disapeared from the shop and earn section? Was just about to order some stuff to get some points but I can't see it there. Can anyone else?

I have ordered 3 boots vouchers before and got them fairly quickly, but have since ordered 2 arcadia vouchers, 1st on the 030706 and havent got it yet? Emailed them but no reply as yet!

I ordered one Arcadia voucher on 05/07 and still nothing in the post
Hi guys whats the average time to receive your boots vouchers, I ordered my first one 10 days ago but still have not received anything, I know the website says allow 14 days, but I get a bit weary about stuff in the post as through my local service things seem to go "missing" on an alarmingly regular basis. (Shame my junk mail doesnt go missing)
Has anyone had problems with vouchers from pigsback? I have ordered some John Lewis vouchers so I'm hoping that they come too as it's the 1st time I've ordered from them.

There have been several OP saying they have not recived there vouchers. I myself ordered John lewis ones on the 5th and from reading others posts dont belive pigsback have sent ANY vouchers out in the last ten days ( i usually order these ansd recieve them no problem) . So I dont think the problems with any ones post office but with pigsback themselves. Others experiences would be appreciated - meantime I am not using their site for purchases until Im sure that everything is ok .

    Hi
I ordered a £10 Boots voucher on 5 July and I received it yesterday, took a bit longer than it usually does though.

I persuaded my husband to join and he requested his first voucher (John Lewis) but it didn't come. Mailed pigsback and got a reply, but they said check with the post office as they have sent it. Husband not very pleased so he has closed his account. I've always got my vouchers ok, but not requested any for a while.

Is there any reason to contact royal mail? Surely if someone sends you a letter and it doesn't get there they won't be able to find it for you... or is there something else they can do?

btw, thanks everyone for answers and links. I won my first quiz the other day!

I've often had post missing. Not that long ago, something I was expecting never arrived (it had been sent.) I called Royal Mail to complain and said that I would be completing a complaint/compensation form but when I took it to the Post Office I was told it was the Sender that would have to make the complaint/request for compensation. I was advised that the sender would have to send out a replacement and they would have to request compensation to cover it.

When I read the rewards FAQ's I too was surprised that the onus was on us to ring Royal Mail if the reward didn't arrive. As you say if it goes missing what can Royal Mail tell you??? (Usually nothing!!) If it has gone missing then I am sure it is up to PB to send a replacement and for them to complain to Royal Mail. (I'm sure if there's a lawyer type person on this thread they will correct me.)

I think I agree with you all, why would the Post Office help? They get loads of missing parcels all the time, but its funny how loads of us are suddenly not recieving our vouchers, this in itself hows that it must be a Pigsback problem, surely ?

the post office are liable under contract to pb (the sender).
you can keep complaining, but dont hold out much hope of compensation.
if pb had a record of a voucher number that was 'lost' it could be cancelled, and then if it was presented something could be done (doubt that it would happen though)
