No, the points just appear. I checked "View my PiggyBank" and it just said,

Hi guys whats the average time to receive your boots vouchers, I ordered my first one 10 days ago but still have not received anything, I know the website says allow 14 days, but I get a bit weary about stuff in the post as through my local service things seem to go "missing" on an alarmingly regular basis. (Shame my junk mail doesnt go missing)

I don't know how long things take, but it does say id you haven't received them in 14 days to contact the Royal Mail.

Has anyone had problems with vouchers from pigsback? I have ordered some John Lewis vouchers so I'm hoping that they come too as it's the 1st time I've ordered from them.
