and i did put in my listing the actual tag size but put size 6-8 in search results. so why is everyone still being mean to me?
What did you actually advertise the jeans as? Size 10? or size 6-8?
And the NPB are good, as most of us have our preferences set to not accept bids from people with NPB strikes, so it reduces the items that they can bid on.Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! You can set your seller preferences not to have someone whose had 2 or more npb in the last 30 days (i think it is) so they cant bid on your item.
I think you just need to be clearer with your listing descriptions
as for the dog thing, yes accidents do happen, all people are suggesting is you try to store things better. Did you inform the buyer when you opened the mutual as to the reason for wanting to cancel?0 -
and if i state my terms and conditions for postage and im truthful and state my postage estimates how am i the bad guy. if i cant post until saturdays which i state i cant post until saturdays as i run 2 business's and sell on ebay in spare time. why are you guys painting me to be some really bad person when im not.
why should i get bad feedback for posting within 10 working days when i state this. at the end of the day if you dont agree with that and you want it withing 3 days then go elswhere to buy items. dont buy off me. its not like i promise to send withing 3 days and just dont and take 10 working days.
i state my terms in big red letters. its the only way i can be honest and if you dont want to wait 10 days (as i said its not usualy the case its just worse case scenario as i sualy post within 4 working days) then dont buy from me.
why am i posted and being made out to be such a bad person when im honest and state my terms. whats the point is having the option to choose 5-10-15 days in the ebay dispatch time if you guys are just going to be plain nasty and have ago at me all because you think i should have to send it in the time you want it?0 -

yes i emailed dthen 4 times to ask them to accept and they ignored me. then payed on day 8. i refunded literally right away with the same message as to why i had to refund them. still not message back. 2 days later i recieved the feedback. messaged them again about the feedback. still no answer.
so why am i the bad person when they took 8 days to pay and iv had no contact from them???0 -

so why have the option to cancel, if that the case ebay wouldnt give you the option to cancel the item would they?
Also, you say you sometimes take a while to post things. What if the buyer had paid on day 2 after winning, and you couldn't post until day 4-5? The item was still in one piece when they paid, but not by the time you could dispatch.
once item are paid i package up with correct address and put items paid in sperate box ready to be dispatched usualy within 3-5 days
everyone once again ignored the fact the buyer didnt pay until day 80 -

i am chilled honestly im not attacking anyone and i dont mean to but i dont get how im always the bad person and that buyers are never in the wrong.
its wrong of me to cancel my own item but its fine for a buyer to take 8 days to pay with no contact. that really really confuses me
i get a negative for that transaction and you guys make me out to be this stupid evil person. then inthe case of buyer doesnt pay they get an BPB striek and thats it. yes ok you can block them from sales but they should get a negative too as not paying for an item you told me isnt mine anymore its their obligation to have to pay for. thats not really fair (and im being level headed not hot headed, im hear with my coffie relaxed)0 -
the thing is you should have made sure hte item was secure, as they could have paid on day 8.
If i had won an item and the seller contacted me to say it was damaged before i had paid, i would have been annoyed but i wouldnt have paid for the item.
Maybe they didnt beleive your story and thought you wanted more for the item.
What did their feedback say exactly?0 -
Nobody has said that buyers are never in the wrong - if you look through this forum you will find that lots of us have problems with buyers.
However, everyone has been TRYING to give you advice on how to avoid future problems and you are ranting the same mantra over and over.
Whilst we have may have the occasional problem with a buyer - you seem to have lots, which indicates that it is more to do with you as a seller than your buyers.
I can't fully understand all of your posts, so I'm a bit lost really - but as Dave said - if you don't like Ebay, then don't use it - there are lots of other ways to sell your items. Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved!
