    Morning...just!
At work until 2pm today, although I am probably going to leave early as Im going to list some things for work on ebay on Sunday so that will cover my time!

Really tired here today too, although my own fault as I was up early yesterday and bed late last night. Might try and squeeze in an extra run when i get home as if OH goes away tonight won't be able to tomorrow. Raining and grey here today...actually mild compared to what its been lately!

Big Hugs Ell, that is crappy crapola. How old is she? I really hope she doesn't suffer too much. Is there anyway you could get to see her or speak to her in the next couple of days? :grouphug:

Thanks Sal. She is in her seventies but not at all like an old lady. Asked my brother in law when a good time to ring her - he said very awkward at the moment and he will ring me when she can speak to me but I don't think it's going to happen. When the meds work she is asleep most of the time. She isn't eating either and they now have a commode because she can't even get to the bathroom next door. Last week when my OH's uncle visited she was able to go downstairs for a short while- so a big change in just a week.

:grouphug: Ellie......nothing more I can say except I hope she doesn't suffer to much.

Becky, going to sleep isn't a problem, staying asleep is however! I think its a combination of either being cold or hot and also its tax assessment month, its self assessment after self assessment and I guess really in the back of my mind I worry a lot that I may forget to file a tax return, I have to nag clients for info continually and stuff..

Also my mind seems to switch on the minute I am awake. My doctor told me in those circumstances to get up and do stuff. It works - I do my housework normally which means I can come to work and then go home and just sleep (kids permitting of course).

Morning peeps. I can barely function today - my lovely sister in law in Cornwall is very ill - she has liver cancer- and I fear the end may not be far away. We are good friends & she is suffering terribly - they can't seem to get the morphine dose right. Feel so helpless and very tearful. Can't believe I will probably never see her again.

Oh El, it's so hard watching someone you love suffer isn't it. I honestly don't think you need to physically be with someone to be with them. Her mind will be full of lovely memories of you and her heart will know just how much you love her, so take comfort in that if you don't get to see her again. What counts is the lifetime of happiness we give to people, not the words said in the final few days.

Big hugs to you honey x
