Morning :j

Slipped and slided to work this morning on the ice (which combined with rain made for an interesting journey).

It's free listing on ebay this Sunday 17th so a good excuse to sort out those unwanted gifts and make some extra money.

Have a good day all ;)

Morning, raining here too. Typical! I wanted to take the mutts out for the first time in 10 days as I'm feeling much better ( can actually get off the bed now without looking like a stranded tortoise!) but I'll wait a few minutes.
    I suppose it'll be floods next:confused:
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

    Morning all

Thought we'd got rid of the snow yesterday - we only had patches of ice left where it had been really thick but woke up this morning to a dusting of snow:rolleyes:

Today (as reported in diaryland) I shall mostly be waiting around for the sparky some more:mad:

    Hello :hello:

Snowed a bit more here last night but not made much difference, still slushy/icy in most places. Didn't fall over this morning though thankfully!

Getting excited about the weekend, got two of my best mates visiting (sort of late birthday celebrations), only see them a few times a year, as one lives in Scotland and one in Switzerland - there will be much wine! :D

Have a nice day everyone x

  • Good morning all!

Been so busy recently that getting onto the internet has been a luxury! Need to update my diary soon... its looking a bit out of date :o

I really need to start making a serious decision about my guitar lessons... Over Christmas I picked my guitar maybe twice? I have a lesson tomorrow and spent hours last night doing cramming!!

Thinking I should stop them for a little while and see if I can practice on my own...

Ooo sounds exciting Red, less exciting times for Luc though ;)
  • Good morning.
We have fog and ice here. Lovely!
I have dug the car out and cleared the drive. The car is poised at the end of the drive now ready to crawl off to B'ham airport. Needed to make sure I could get it up the slope.

DD is doing her usual and ignoring texts - I only want to know if it is scheduled on time at her end. Can't rely on the internet - last time I did a pick up it went from 'not departed' to 'landed' in a few seconds.

Morning. It snowed again yesterday/last night, it was almost clear before then, not anymore! I've got a meeting with my mental health worker this afternoon, and I need to pick up an order from Boots, then Italian tonight.

Bookie, maybe she hasn't turned her phone on while she's been away? I didn't, mum was really annoyed.
