No - I've moved my rest day to today because my shin is a bit sore after Tuesdays efforts - I'm going out tomorrow instead for a longish one :)

Sorry I get it - no tomorrow is a day off work :D

Becky, it was really nice of them. We're all like that in the square, helping each other out. Although I don't get much chance to do stuff for them yet.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Well done Purple...CCCS are really fantastic and they will sort things out for you. I didn't get any phone calls once I had got a DMP with them and if they do just give them your CCCS ref number and tell them to take a running jump.

So pleased she is ok Samster :)
You tired yet? I hope you manage to get some sleep tonight!

I am tired but I am gonna take a tablet tonight....can't take another night with no sleep. I can't think straight, and I get really clumsy when I am tired.

Sammy - no wonder you are proud of your sister - thats a really important step as it means all the money will go on debt now :) Hiya purple if you're reading!

When you struggle to get about like she does and is unused to 'confrontation' from institutions it was very courageous. She has also had the same bank account with Barclays for 25 years.....I find it a shame then that they can't accomodate her now when she has been very upfront with them....and has yet to miss a payment with them.

Sammy, I'm the same with Geordies - I walked round the metro centre for a couple of hours once before realising it was full of locals not foreigners!

I AM a Scouser, and I agree with you Ames-I can understand fine, but when I joined BCAL, I was asked for directions to the station by an American chap-I gave him perfect instructions, but when I'd finished he looks at his wife and says ...
    "Was she speakin' English?"

So I had to make a concious effort to ditch the scouse.....

Nope, it might have been the Bath one I was thinking about! myself and boss are trying to get our long runs back up to 10 miles..then I might think about doing a half, but want to be able to do it quicker than I did the last time.
