Ames, you only beat me as you have a massive amount of painkillers. Which you can keep, I HATE them. Also ,it is a bit worrying having them loose already, they kept falling down in town, but I don't think I'm a 14 yet.

Elfen, I know what you mean about the jeans. My old ones kept falling down every time I walked so I got the (six pairs of) Littlewoods offer jeans, the bigger size was the only one that fitted but kept slipping down a bit onto my hips, since Venice they're completely falling down. Hopefully the smaller size'll fit soon!

SRM, I'm not sure it is the Polish neighbour, I'm just guessing - he's been out with his spade a few times. I'll ask my neighbour next time I see her, she knows everything that goes on in the square!

Haven't "seen" you to ask how you got on finding Liverpool airport the other week? How long did it take you?

A little stressed I think! She had been paying a debt management company to do a debt management plan for her but it wasn't working out. Her OH doesn't know about her debt and he CAN'T find out about it. It would cause great problems for her and as Claire has said he is her main carer. She had been getting lots of phone calls and was being harassed and bullied....but in her words 'she has grown a pair of balls' over the last couple of days....thanks in no small part to you lot on here and elsewhere in the forum.....:A.

She has rung CCCS and entered into a debt management plan with them. She went to her town today on the dial and ride and opened a new bank account with the Nationwide and I think is feeling a lot more positive about things.

THIS TOOK A LOT OF GUTS FOR HER TO DO TODAY AND FOR THAT I AM EXTREMELY PROUD OF MY SIS!

I hope if she reads this she won't take offence but her OH is very controlling and money is power! He holds the power and if he found out she was in debt he would make life extremely difficult for her.

She is also addicted to farmville....I might see if I can get her to be bookies neighbour....where is bookie by the way....

I found it no problem - Tim (my satnav) took me straight there. There was an hours delay though, so it's good I'm ok at languages - Scousers are harder to understand than Italians! (only joking!). I think it took me about an hour and a half, same coming back. Prob a bit more going, since it was rush hour, and I had to stop for petrol and to post some Amazon book sales on the way.

Oh, and I can't remember who mentioned the Can't Wait Card, but whoever it was thank you - mine came while I was away, so I can go into town with a bit more confidence now.

Well done Purple...CCCS are really fantastic and they will sort things out for you. I didn't get any phone calls once I had got a DMP with them and if they do just give them your CCCS ref number and tell them to take a running jump.

So pleased she is ok Samster :)
You tired yet? I hope you manage to get some sleep tonight!

I am blitzing the house tonight, got washing machine on and need to do small amount of ironing. Tomorrow first thing i shall hoover and strip beds, then I am going for a 5 mile run and the rest of the day is mine...all mine no-one in the house except for me, can't tell you how nice that will be!
