  • okayyyyyy i've tried to log into my account on the Breakfree website, and my login details no longer work and I know they are correct, so now I have no record of my booking ref either arrrgggghhhhhhhh
  • we went on one of these last year to Whitley Bay and didn't pay for the entertainment passes. When we got to the park we were given them on arrival, don't know if it was a special deal but I know we were meant to pay as it was on our invoice and I rang and said we didn't want them

I got an email confo within 10 minutes of booking. Try contacting them as below -

"Please do not contact your park operator - if you have any queries please call BreakFree Holidays on 0844 84 84 534 (5ppm at all times from a landline). Our customer care team are available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Or you can email us at: enquiries@breakfreeholidays.co.uk "

Unfortunately not there on a Saturday.

Thanks, i'm suspecting that i've made a typo on my email address as I can't log into my account either. I will ring them first thing Monday morning and hopefully get it sorted.

    Thanks for that x

Yes, click on the link, then input the passwords above & your email address, then click next. Then you need to put in a date, number of people & pick an area. It will come up with anything available or alternatives.
Remember that service charges need to be added to the price usually about £6.50 per night per caravan. They bill you for that at a later date.
Check with Havens website that you cant get it cheaper by going direct. I think on their website they include service charges & possibly linen/entertainment charges but you need to check for the individual parks in order to compare if the Mail deal is better for you for the park/date that you want.

Please can anyone tell me if you have to pay the cost in full straight away or can you pay a deposit then the remainder afterwards?

You pay your £15 per person straight away then linen, passes etc are billed later.
