Cannot stress enough the importance of comparing with normal prices including passes etc. For us in Easter hols there was no way we could book 5 days for £118 so a bargain, but this varies by date. Read the charges carefully.

I cannot stay anywhere grubby, and never book the lowest grade. Only ever had one dirty Haven caravan in 10yrs and moaned so much got moved to a newer one.
Too many children, too little time!!!
    :p
  • Thanks for the tip, I have just booked a weekend break in the easter holidays for 5 people total costing £75.00 plus £2.00 booking fee... Not bad for all 5 of us especially in the easter hols.
    Many thanks...

    Thanks OP

I booked a weekend on 28 May for 4 of us for £72.00, at Haggerston Castle. Never tried this kind of break before, so hope it's good - does anyone know if we're able to take the dog?

    Thanks

Thanks so much for this. Should have had sun priority code but the sun said they can't find me on the system despite emailing me to remind me about the tokens starting and have ignored my emails since. Have booked a mon to fri at doniford bay in Easter hols for 4 in luxury caravan for £72. I think this is actually cheaper than what I usually pay for a sun holiday.
    Thanks again op!

I booked this deal too. Im taking my son in the easter holidays. He has always wanted to go to Haven as I have taken him to Butlins before. I am a bit worried as never been camber sands. Some ppl have said it's not very nice there but Im sure my son will love it. Do we have to pay for the service charges? As it does seem a bit pricey as Im doing the 4 night break. I read that the service charge covers the cost of electric, gas and linen. I do not really want to be without gas and electric and Im happt to take my own bedding.

Entertainment passes extra see HERE There is also a service charge of £5 per unit per night HTH

prices depend on your choice of park. i think someone mentioned that entertainment passes arent compulsory but will obviously mean that you cannot use the parks facilities. think my holiday will come to about £120 in total but i'm really pleased with that as i looked on the haven website and saw that booking direct would be £267 for most basic accomodation

  • Just wanted to add my thanks to OP and HDUK.

We have booked 4 night stay at Haven, Seton Sands during the Easter hols at a cost of £62 for 4 people, and even adding £28 for entertainment passes and £26 service charge still works out cheaper than the £188 we paid last October for 4 nights at Craig Tara so very happy.

A bit confused about linen, does the service charge include this or will this be an additional charge?

    Thanks again
