Glad to read that you have received your phones at last. I received a prize yesterday that i won in september and its frustrating having to keep chasing it up, but well worth it in the end when it arrives!

Is anyone having trouble getting started with their phone?
They are meant to be unlocked but mine is branded with 'T-Mobile' and despite loads of great help from O2 - still no joy!!

If it was a T Mobile phone - don't you think it would have had a new SIM?
There was no sim in the box. ARRRRRRGGGHHHHHHH!

(sorry to grumble - Hope everyone else is enjoying theirs. )

Hi meganick, they are t-mobile branded as the chrome edition is a limited edition to t-mobile....

I went a bought a t-mobile sim - £10 a month and unlimited txt/internet so will be able to use the features of the phone.

I sound like i work for them now!! lol

I won one in august with pepsi, that i'm giving to my dad so he can put his sim in and i'm canceling my contract with vodafone as that won't work in the chrome.
