Hi,
I spoke with Lisa today and she said that the prizes are sent directly by the sponsor of the competition and in this case it is Nokia themselves. She said she would check with them. I left it there, not really sure what to do next.

just phone Lisa. She siad really sorry no one who won has had one yet the account manager where the phones are coming from has left! She said she will send out a blanket e mail explaining the delay. She is expecting an e mail from the company that are supplying them this afternoon.
She siad the phones should be with us all by the end of Jan!
